Thank you for choosing our service. Below you will find our policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds:
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order as long as the items have not yet been shipped or produced. If your cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund. Please note that cancellation is no longer possible after shipment.
Returns
You can return products within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer. For returns and exchanges that are not our fault, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email that your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your credit card or the original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or Pending Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed. Then contact your bank. If the problem persists, please contact us at service@mail.conzozon.com.
